PURPOSE: A concrete balance weight for a washing machine is provided to save time and cost by being produced without a metal mold and the replacement of a bolt. CONSTITUTION: A plastic resin and air are supplied to a closed metal mold(50). The resin covers the metal mold in a regular thickness along an inner face(64) of the metal mold. After a certain time passes by, the plasticized or molten resin is cooled and solidified. The metal mold is divided into two portions(52) and opened to abstract a housing. The resin covers the surface of a pin(62) and the place of the pin becomes a through hole after abstracted. |
