PURPOSE: A toilet tissue with mugwort is provided to eliminate offensive odor from the toilet area. CONSTITUTION: A toilet tissue is characterized in that a grain(1), powder, or extraction of mugwort which has a deodorizing function is mixed or added to a tissue during a process of producing tissue, so as to thereby eliminate or remove offensive odor from the anus of human body, tissue being used, or a wastebasket. In addition, deodorization effect for a toilet area is obtained.
