PURPOSE: A method and a device of producing a tube for preventing the change of a content are provided to eliminate a joint on an outer surface of a tube for preventing the transmutation of a content. CONSTITUTION: Power of a motor is transferred to a reducer by a belt and a pulley. The reduced power drives a rotary cutter rotated by a power transmission member so that a tube(200) is cut. In addition, an end where the tube is transferred is sensed by a position sensor and the sensed signal is transferred to a control unit. Thereby, the rotary cutter is rotated 360 degrees by an order of the control unit so that the tube cutter is cut into a certain length and a cutting process is continued.
