The device uses a dielectric nonreciprocal circuit with an arrangement so supporting members (10) support magnetic members (6,7) located in a part other than the part where the magnetic members are located and abutted against dielectric strips (3,4,5) and a part where the magnetic members are located in close proximity. An independent claim is included for a radio device using the nonreciprocal device.
