PURPOSE: A boiled fish paste containing ginseng that has anticancer functions as well as fortifies immune system of human is provided. CONSTITUTION: To achieve the above object, original ginseng get through several processes such as washing, trimming and the like. After the processes, ginseng is processed in the forms of powder, granule, and liquid phase. The obtained ginseng is added in the preparation process of the boiled fish paste.
