The air conditioning component has a wall part with channel-like hollow chambers (18) and pipelines (26,27) for a fluid acting as the thermal carrying medium. The pipelines are fed through the hollow chambers of the wall part and are embedded in the hollow chambers. Each pipeline is enclosed by a filler material, esp. inner sleeves, within the hollow chambers to at least partly fill the vol. not occupied by the pipelines.
