PURPOSE: A toffee containing yellow soil that can alleviate toxicity is provided. The yellow soil is abundant in a variety of minerals, and applied to a toffee in the form of fine powder. CONSTITUTION: To achieve the beforementioned purpose, firstly a predetermined amount of yellow soil is collected, screened, and disinfected to remove harmful factors. And then, the processed yellow soil is put in a container which is full of water. As time goes by, the mixture consisted of water and yellow soil is separated into two layers, i.e sediments precipitates at the bottom part and yellow soil solution is located in the upper part. The yellow soil powder is applied as an ingredient of a toffee in the preparation process of sorts of toffees.
