Protective sealing sheath (6) is placed between anode (3) and insulating element (5) inside the container to eliminate electrolytic oxidati of the insulating element (5) which is joined to a screen (7) to avoid electrochemical corrosion on the insulating element surfa (5). The screen (7) can be in the form of a cap surrounding and compressing most of the insulating element (5) and has an orific for the non-consumable anode.
