PURPOSE: A boiled fish sausage that contains sericite, a kind of montmorillonite-based mineral, is provided, which improves the physical vitality of human. CONSTITUTION: To achieve the beforementioned purpose, firstly a predetermined amount of sericite is collected, screened, and disinfected to remove harmful factors. And then, the processed sericite is put in a container which is full of water. As time goes by, the mixture consisted of water and sericite is separated into two layers, i.e sediments precipitates at the bottom part and sericite supernatant is located in the upper part. The sericite supernatant is applied as an ingredient of additives for a boiled fish sausage in the preparation process of sorts of boiled fish sausages.
