PRODUCTION PROCESS OF FLOORING USING ROTARY SCREEN SHEET

PURPOSE: A production process of flooring using a rotary screen sheet is provided which eliminates an unnecessary process so that it reduces cost in manufacturing by 20-40%, lowers weight of products and improves flexibility. CONSTITUTION: In the production process of the flooring wherein a lower layer, a middle layer and an upper layer are placed from the bottom, the production process comprises the steps of: a first step which distributes foaming, non-foaming or chip itself on release paper, heats at 150-230°C and provides the rotary screen sheet(RS); a second step which takes off release paper and the rotary screen sheet; and a third step which adds or adheres the taken-off RS to the lower, middle or upper layer of the flooring.
