PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to allow re-utilization of an energy consumed as a thermal energy during a braking operation while using an elastic force of a spring as a braking force for a bicycle and an elastic energy stored in the spring for starting and acceleration of bicycle. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) comprises a first power transmission unit for transmitting a rotational power from a rotation axis of a power unit, a clutch(300) installed at a portion of the first power transmission unit so as to control a power transmission, a power spring(400) for storage of an elastic energy by the rotational power transmitted through the first power transmission unit, a rotating body(500) which rotates by an elastic energy from the power spring, and a second power transmission unit for transmitting a rotational power of the rotating body to the rotation axis of the power unit. |
