PURPOSE: Provided is an application of yellow soil as an additive in the preparation process of infant food. Various minerals contained in yellow soil can alleviate toxicity, thereby improving physical vitality of enfant. CONSTITUTION: To achieve the beforementioned purpose, firstly a predetermined amount of yellow soil is collected, screened, and disinfected to remove harmful factors. And then, the processed yellow soil is put in a container which is full of water. As time goes by, the mixture consisted of water and yellow soil is separated into two layers, i.e sediments precipitates at the bottom part and yellow soil supernatant is located in the upper part. The yellow soil supernatant is applied as an ingredient of additives for infant food in the preparation process thereof.
