SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING MULTIMEDIA ALARM CALL MESSAGE

PURPOSE: A system and a method for transmitting a multimedia alarm call message are provided to transmit an improved multimedia alarm call to a remote communication user by transmitting a presumptive message or a notice article to the remote communication user for using an alarm call service. CONSTITUTION: One or more multimedia termination user terminals(110) is connected to a network provider equipment system(130) through one or more multimedia bearer connections(120). The multimedia bearer connection(120) provides a wide band service such as an ISDN, a frame relay, an ADSL or a cable modem. The multimedia bearer connection(120) includes a telephone connection through an internet. The multimedia termination user terminal(110) is a dedicated device such as a telephone or a computer terminal. The multimedia termination user terminal(110) has a microprocessor for setting a connection with the network provider equipment system(130) such as a connection for using a TCP/IP(transmission control protocol/internet protocol) and performing one or more software programs. The multimedia termination user terminal(110) has a local storing media for storing a multimedia message.
