BRAZING FLUX COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A brazing flux composition is provided to weld a metal material having difficulty in welding with a low-temperature welding material such as Pb-Sn groups or Ag-Sn groups by employing a simple electric iron. CONSTITUTION: A brazing flux composition consists of, by weight %: 20-60% of a phosphoric compound, 10-30% of organic acid, 1-20% of an 8-group transition element and 5-30% of a viscosity improver. The composition is applied widely to common lives and industrial fields as well as electric, electronic, fine-tube processing and thin-film welding fields.
