INSERTION TYPE ALIEN SUBSTANCE PREVENTION FILTER INSTALLED AT LOWER END FIXING BODY OF NUCLEAR FUEL ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: An insertion type alien substance prevention filter installed at a lower end fixing body of a nuclear fuel assembly is provided to prevent alien substances flowed into a nuclear fuel assembly. CONSTITUTION: An insertion type alien substance prevention filter installed at a lower end fixing body of a nuclear fuel assembly comprises a multitude of wing(15) and an alien substance prevention device(19). The alien substance prevention device comprises a multitude of flowing holes(16) formed by the wings. The alien substance prevention device is installed within a cooling water flowing hole formed at the lower end fixing body in order to prevent alien substances more than 5mm flowed into the nuclear fuel assembly.
