Liquid polyether-polysiloxane copolymers (I) with branches and crosslinks comprises silicon-carbon bonds. Liquid polyether-polysiloxane copolymers of formula (I) are new: R = optionally substituted 1-30C hydrocarbyl; R<1> = H, alkyl, aralkyl, aryl of COR; R<2> = 2-10C alkylene; w = 1-1000; x = 0.1-200; y = 0.1-2; z = 0.1-10; a, b, c = 0-100; a+b+c = 2-200; n = 0-2000; the free valency is attached to a (R Si O)y group of a polyether-polysiloxane copolymer of formula (I). An Independent claim is also included for a process for preparing (I).
