UNSATURATED POLYESTER RESIN MODIFYING AGENT COMPOSITION WITH HIGH VISCOSITY AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An unsaturated polyester resin modifying agent composition with high viscosity which shows good common use with a basic resin of an unsaturated polyester resin so the phase separation does not occur and a method for preparing the same are provided. CONSTITUTION: The unsaturated polyester resin modifying agent composition comprises: (i) 100 parts by weight of an alkyd resin composition; and (ii) 0.02-0.04 parts by weight of a polymerization preventing agent. The method comprises steps of: (i) preparing an alkyd resin composition by polycondensation of a polybasic acid and a polyvalent alcohol; and (ii) adding 0.02-0.04 parts by weight of a polymerization preventing agent to 100 parts by weight of the alkyd resin composition.
