PURPOSE: A wool pad and its preparation method are provided, to prevent the wool from being taken out the base. CONSTITUTION: The wool pad is prepared by knitting polyester white yarn (210) and planting wool braiding (220) in intervals thereof, wherein the wool braidings (220) are crossed in the lower part of the base (prepared by knitting white yarn) to form two spaces and plated in the shape of W, and a resin layer (230) is formed in the lower part of the base to fix the braiding (220) to the base strongly.
