发明名称 HYBRID COMPOSITION FOR OPTICAL COATING AND COMPOSITION FOR PHOTOCHROMISM THIN FILM CONTAINING THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: A hybrid composition for an optical coating and a composition for a photochromism thin film containing thereof are provided to improve a coating solution to have a superior weatherability and scratch-proof, and manufacture a photochromism thin film having a superior characteristic and an improved adhesive property. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid composition for an optical coating and a composition for a photochromism thin film containing thereof contain a hydrolysis hydrate of a silicon composition(1) 10-90% in weight and a hydrate(2) 90-10% in weight. The hydrolysis hydrate of a silicon composition(1) is made by hydrorizing a composition having one or more silicon composition selected from a chemical formula 1. The chemical formula 1: Rk-Si(OR1)4-k. In the chemical formula 1, E is a hydro carbon radical having one to ten of a hydrogen and a carbon(H, CH3-, CH3CH2-, CH3CH2CH2-) or a metaltheticalized hydrocarbon radical of a methacryl radical, a vinyl radical, amin, amino radical, or halogen element. R1 is same to R, or a hydrocarbon having one to six carbon. k is a fixed number from zero to three. The hydrate(2) is made by hydrorizing a composition having one or more metal alkoxy selected from a chemical formula 2 and an organic solvent, using a metal base hydrate of a chemical formula 3 as a catalyzer. A chemical formula 2: M1(OR)m. In the chemical formula 2, M1 is Ti, Zr, Al, and Mg, and m is defined by an atomic value of M. A chemical formula 3: M11(A)nXH 2O. In the chemical formula 3, M11 is a metal atom such as Zn, Al, Ce, Er, and Nd. A is CH3COO-, NO3-,CL-, CIO4-, SO4- or CO3-2, and n and X are a fixed number from 1 to 9.
