RECLAIMED PLYWOOD AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a reclaimed plywood which recycles a lot of waste plywood for a concrete mold and a reclaimed plywood which is cost-efficient and has a heat-resistant property, a cold-resistant property and a constant absorptivity are provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing a reclaimed plywood comprises steps of: (i) drying a waste plywood to have it's water content of not more than 10%; (ii) grinding the surface of the waste plywood; (iii) filling up a damaged part of the waste plywood with vegetable powder; and (iv) adhering wooden boards or a coating film to the surface of the waste plywood. The reclaimed plywood comprises: (i) an inner board part which is prepared by repeating abrading and then drying the surface of the waste plywood for more than one time; (ii) a filled-up part which is prepared by filling up vegetable powder mixed with an adhesive with a damaged part of the inner board part; and (iii) an end board part which is prepared by adhering wooden boards or a coating film to the outside of the inner board part.
