PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide braid tube with high bending strength and buckling strength without reducing a weave density while increasing a braiding speed by decreasing the number of driven wefts. SOLUTION: A braid sleeve braided with wefts and warps made of a glass fiber into a tube shape is impregnated with a hardener solution, thereafter dried to harden. The weft uses double-twisted yarn by double-twisting single yarn having the yarn guage of 100-180 in the twist of 1.0-3.0 by bundling two pieces. The number of driven wefts is 24 when being braided. |
