PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to print out a file document on the Internet at a specified time even when a computer can not utilize the file document. SOLUTION: In a network printer having a printer device 1 and an Internet www server 2 arranged on an Internet, the printer device 1 is a network printer provided with an instruction input means 4 for inputting file document input information, an information storage means 5 for storing the input information, an input means 7 for inputting a file document, and a format conversion means 9 for converting the format of the inputted file document into a printing format.
