PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treadboard coated with a tread film, which can be surely fixed to the surface of the moving treadboard, is of soft feeling in appearance, and excellent in the contact feeling at the sole of foot and sound absorption, for transporting passengers. SOLUTION: In a moving treadboard 1A for transporting passengers, which is turned provided with many streaks along the running direction and caution areas 1C at both ends in the longitudinal direction of these streaks, the surfaces of the streaks are coated with synthetic resin tread films 1c which are excellent in molding and sound absorption, and fixing pieces 1cc at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the tread films 1c are fixed to the moving treadboard 1A through the caution areas 1C.
