摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize cooling piping in a relatively short time by dividing a periphery of a cooling piping model into partition regions of a predetermined size at each of many cooling piping models, analyzing mold cooling, comparing an overall model with a mean value of a mold surface temperature at each region, and repeating a correction of disposition. SOLUTION: A model of a mold for optimizing cooling piping is formed (step = S11), and the model is heat transferred, solidified, and analyzed to discuss cooling piping disposition (S12). Element regions are formed in a range of a predetermined size of each of peripheries of each element of a mold constitution such as a mold dividing surface, a product cavity, an extrusion pin, a core pin or the like are formed in the mold model, and cooling piping model is disposed so as not to be superposed with another element region (S13). Each partition region is heat transferred, solidified, analyzed, the overall is compared with a mean value of a mold surface temperature of each region with previous calculation, its disposition is corrected, and when the dispersion of the mold surface temperature becomes large, optimizing is completed (S14). Thus, an analyzing time is shortened, and certainty of optimizing can be easily judged.
