PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To independently adjust damping with a pressing stage and a tensile stage even at a low piston speed by setting at least part of through passages parallel with the axis, arranging the inlet regions and output regions of the through passages nearby in the axial direction, guiding one through passage to an end face, and guiding the other through passage to the outside in the radial direction. SOLUTION: At least part of through passages 17, 20 is extended in parallel with the axis. The inlet regions and outlet regions of the through passages 17, 20 are arranged nearby in the axial direction. One through passage 17 is guided to an end face on the side of a work piston 23, and the other through passage 20 is guided to the outside in the radial direction. The diameters of valve disks 11, 12 can be made as large as possible. A reaction can be shown relatively lightly, and the surface applied with pressure can be increased to obtain a decreasing damping force characteristic curve.
