PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform luminescent reaction high in stability by keeping a luminescent region narrow without lowering a mixed state of sample gas and O3 and reactivity in a simple structure of a reaction tank. SOLUTION: Sample gas is guided to one end of a fine pipe 30 through a sample inlet 32 while air containing O3 is guided to the other end thereof through an ozone inlet 34. The sample gas and air containing O3 are guided to the central part of the fine pipe 30 and ejected to a detection window 28 from a fine hole 36 while mixed. The chemoluminescence generated by the reaction of NO in the sample gas and O3 is detected by a photoelectric converter element through the detection window 28.
