PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the recovery speed and the recovery rate of refrigerant by controlling the transfer pressure of the refrigerant. SOLUTION: A refrigerating circuit 40, providing secondary refrigerant with a transfer pressure for recovering the secondary refrigerant in a closed circuit 13 into a refrigerant bomb 91, is provided. A pressure control unit 81, setting the transfer pressure in the initial period of recovery so as to be slightly higher than a reference value but setting the transfer pressure in the final period of recovery so as to be slightly lower than that, is provided. The refrigerating circuit 40 is constituted of a refrigerating cycle, through which primary refrigerant is circulated, to heat and pressurize the secondary refrigerant in the closed circuit 13 by the primary refrigerant and the secondary refrigerant in the closed circuit 13 is cooled by the primary refrigerant whereby the secondary refrigerant is provided with the transfer pressure. The pressure control unit 81 controls a switching interval between heating and cooling of the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit 40 so as to be short in the initial period of recovery while controlling the switching interval so as to be long in the final period of recovery. The pressure control unit 81 controls the change of the switching interval based on a time.
