PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit breaking device with simple constitution and low cost, capable of quickly, surely breaking a circuit, easily discriminating the breaking or not of the circuit, and easily conducting the returning of the circuit after circuit breaking. SOLUTION: Before circuit breaking, a first locking part 40 is engaged with the lower end part of a groove 37 formed in an upper case 14a, a second locking part 41 is engaged with the upper end part of the groove 37, and after the circuit breaking, by moving the upper case 14a upward in accordance with the move of a thermit case, since the second locking part 41 is engaged with the lower end part of the groove 37, the breaking or not of the circuit is easily discriminated by checking whether the first locking part 40 is engaged with the groove 37 or not, and moreover, since the first locking part 40 and the second locking part 41 are formed in a lower case 14b, installation of an operation display device is made unnecessary, constitution is made simple and a cost is reduced. |
