PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a work holding body whefrein works are bonded to both surfaces of a base so as to be capable of being peeled cleanly and certainly form the base one by one. SOLUTION: Sheets 13 becoming work materials are bonded to both surfaces of a base 2 and a pair of molds 10A, 10B having blades each of which has a shape corresponding to the contour of a predetermined work are rotatably arranged on both sides of the base 2. Both molds 10A, 10B are rotated in such a state that the cut-in positions to the sheets 13 of the blades of both molds are shifted slightly and the sheets 13 on both surfaces of the base 2 are cut by the blades of the corresponding molds 10A, 10B to form works having a predetermined shape. Thereafter, the unnecessary sheet portions 13' other than the works are peeled from the base 2 while the works are left on both surfaces of the base 2.
