PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to control the conditional execution of many succeeding instructions by an execution control instruction having short word length in order to suppress a branch hazard in an information processor for executing the pipeline processing of an instruction. SOLUTION: An execution control instruction having a condition field 42 for specifying an execution condition and an instruction specification field 43 for specifying the number of instructions to be executed at their execution by a binary code is adopted. At the time of receiving the execution control instruction, an invalidation controller 30 judges whether a specific execution condition EC specified by the field 42 comes into effect or not on the basis of a control flag CF from an operation part and determines whether N (N is a natural number) instructions specified by the field 43 out of the succeeding instructions of the execution control instruction are to be invalidated or not in accordance with the judged result. At the time of determining that N succeeding instructions are to be invalidated because the condition EC fails, the controller 30 asserts a null signal NUL to the operation part.
