摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce the true colors of the subject of photography without being affected by infrared light. SOLUTION: The amplification factor of a signal amplifying means 15 during observation using steady-state light is adjusted by means of a knob type switch 22 and the angle of the knob is detected by an angle detecting means. This information is transmitted to a system control means 17 and the amplification factor of the signal amplifying means 15 is set at this value. The fundus oculi Er to be examined is thereby illuminated to appropriate brightness, and alignment with the eye E to be examined is achieved by an operation means while an image Er' of the fundus oculi is observed; a focusing lens 11 is driven for focusing and for checking a photographic range. Next, the operating parts 23a, 23b of the switch 22 are operated to adjust the amplification factor of the signal amplifying means 15 during photography using flashes. This adjusted value is detected by the system control means 17 and is set at the time of input to a photographic switch 21. Image data obtained with observation light and image data obtained with photographic light are computed whereby the colors of the subject of photography can be faithfully reproduced.
