PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a position accuracy of a shield electrode by suppressing thermal deformation of the shield electrode in the process of sealing. SOLUTION: In terms of a metallic mount 52 to be fixed to a vacuum package 11 with a sealing glass therebetween, a shield electrode 5 is attached to a frame 51 such that the shield electrode 5 is held at a predetermined position in the vacuum package 11. The frame 51 is made to be symmetric with respect to the attaching position (center line Y) of the shield electrode 5 such that extending deformation due to thermal expansion of the shield electrode 5 in the sealing process is uniformly absorbed. A support section 55 extending to come into collision with the sealing glass is provided so that the extending deformation of the shield electrode 11 in the sealing process is suppressed through the sealing glass.
