<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable control based upon monitored information by estimating a nature value of a process on the basis of a manipulated variable calculated so that closed loop operation of a controlled system is stabled and feeding it back. SOLUTION: An operator produces a desired product while confirming a display screen of a monitoring means 8. Here, a target value 103 is set to a target value follow-up control means 4 and displayed to the monitoring means 8. Next, the target value follow-up control means 4 calculates an output value 104 for following up the target value 103, calculates a manipulated variable 105 for inputting to the controlled system 1 by a closed loop characteristic compensation means 5 is calculated and outputs it. On the other hand, in a state quantity estimation means 50, an instantaneous nature value 107 and an integrated nature value 108 are estimated and displayed to a monitoring means 8 on the basis of the manipulated variable 105. Also, instantaneous nature value 107 and the integrated nature value 108 are fed bake to the closed loop characteristic compensation means 5 and the target value follow-up control means 4, the manipulated variable 105 and an output value 104 are corrected and a product to be produced is made to follow up the set target value.</p> |
