PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time needed to select an optimum structure or construction method. SOLUTION: Many structure methods (detailed structure method) adaptable to the specific parts of a building are preliminarily classified into any of plural groups composed of detailed structure methods that are similar to one another, names (practical structure method name) are respectively attached to the plural groups so that each group can be identified by a practical structure method name (B). This is respectively performed about each part (pillar/beam/floor...) of a structure method selection object and each construction method type (the number of work sections/construction procedure...) of a construction method selection object. When a structure or construction method is selected, a practical structure or constriction method to be adopted is first selected and then, a detailed structure or construction method to be adopted is selected among respective detailed structure or construction methods corresponding to the selected practical structure or construction method.
