PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a lid packing at every usage and to wash whole it by providing a hooking projected part on the inner periphery of the lid packing, hooking the projected part to a projected folding part which is arranged in the outer peripheral part of a heat radiation board and inserting the lid packing to a lid unit so as to be attachable/detachable. SOLUTION: A lid engagement part 12 integrally molded with the lid packing 6 is inserted to through-hole 4a and 5a which are respectively arranged in a lid 4 and a lid ring 5. Then, the lid packing 6 is pressurized against the heat radiation board 7 by extending it in a diameter extending direction and the hooking projected part 6a of the lid packing 6 is hooked and attached over the folding part 7a of the heat radiation board 7. Then the lid packing 6 is arranged so as to be attachable/detachable by hooking the hooking projected part 6a from the outer peripheral part of the folding part 7a in the heat radiation board 7. Thus, the whole lid packing 6 can be washed whole by detachment it at every usage. |
