PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly exchange data between the Internet and intra-office LAN by online while safety equal to that of a case by off line is kept by providing an access right control means controlling the reading/writing of data from/ into the common disk of computers and an automatic transfer means for first and second computers. SOLUTION: First and second computers 1 and 2 have common disk setting means 41, access right control means 42 and automatic transfer means 43 and they control the respective means 41-43 collectively. The common disk setting means 41 divide a common disk 7 into several logically independent areas and execute necessary setting so that safe data transfer by online can be executed. The access right control means 42 actually and safely control access right on the common disk 7 of the computers 1 and 2 without errors in accordance with the setting of the common disk setting means 41. The automatic transfer means 43 actually transfers data.
