PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus of simple structure for producing a long sheet provided with adhesive tapes, having adhesive sections along the edges of the sheet base. SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing a long sheet with adhesive tapes is equipped with a supply roll 2 for supplying a sheet base 50, a driving roll 4 for letting out the sheet base 50, a winding core supporting means 20 which rotatively supports a winding core 52 on which the sheet base let out is wound, and a supply roll 30 for supplying two adhesive tapes 54, 54, wherein the driving roll 4 is pressed by the winding core 52 by its own gravity in such a way that the adhesive surface of each of the adhesive tapes 54, 54 is come into contact with the sheet base 50 and a releasing surface inside of the wound sheet base 50.
