PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge an energy absorbing quantity in collided with an occupant without accompanied by the lowering of the vibration characteristics, the rigidity sense, and the fatigue strength used generally. SOLUTION: A second spoke 28 and a third spike 30 enhance the rigidity of boss sides 28A, 30A in a steering wheel position to be a car body in a straight forwarding state so as to be extended toward the car body bottom side and rim sides 28B, 30B are extended in the diametrical of a steering wheel 10. The connecting parts between the boss sides 27B, 30B and intermediate parts 28C, 30C become first bent parts 28D, 30D, the connection parts between the rim sides 28B, 30B and intermediate part 28C, 30C become second bent parts 28E, 30E.
