PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve treating efficiency of the whole crushing treatment and also to cope with a future increase in refuse. SOLUTION: A sorting mechanism 44 for sorting crushed refuse crushed by a crusher 43 into plural flexible container bags 50. The sorting mechanism 44 has: a branch chute 46 installed corresponding to each individual flexible bag; a discharge chute 45 for connecting a discharge port 4 of the crusher 43 and each individual branching chute 46, a valve 48 installed at a branch point of the discharge chute 45 and each individual branch chute 45 and for controlling the carry-in of the crushed trash to each individual flexible gab 50; and a weigher 47 for weighing the contents of each individual flexible bag. The valve 48 controls the carry-in of the crushed trash to each individual flexible bag 50 based on the weighed results from the weigher 47 to sort the crushed trash into individual flexible bags 50.
