SYSTEM CAPABLE OF USING FIRST STANDARD MOBILE TELEPHONE TERMINAL WITHIN SECOND STANDARD LOCAL COMMUNICATION NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system capable of using a first standard mobile telephone terminal within a second standard local communication network by executing conversion between a first standard signaling protocol and a signaling protocol accepted by a private automatic brand exchange. SOLUTION: A local network includes a private automatic branch exchange PABX, DECT type base stations DBS1 to DBS3 connected to the exchange PABX and two systems E1 and E2. The two systems E1 and E2 can establish a GSM standard radio link with GSM standard terminals GT1 to GT3. A converter performs conversion between a signaling protocol normalized by the system E1 and a signaling protocol accepted by the exchange PABX. The system E2 directly exchanges with the exchange PABX on a cable link L.
