PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a weld strength, improve an air-tightness and eliminate the come out of a burr to the inside/outside of a suction muffler at the joining time of the synthtic resinous suction muffler by an electromagnetic induction. SOLUTION: This compressor is composed of a thermoplastic resin made vessel installed in the hermetic vessel of an hermetic compressor provided with a compressor using a reciprocating piston elastically supported in the air-tight vessel and a motor for driving this and divided a suction muffler connected to this compressor into plural parts and formed by installing a conductive body between the joined surface of respective vessels and heating and joining to this conductive body an induction heating. An air-tightness is improved and the strength can be ensured by joining the joining surfaces 13, 15 by an electromagnetic induction. |
