WATER INTAKE METHOD USING PIPELINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent effects of bad weather given to pipelines, to reduce possibility of damage on the pipelines, to facilitate stable intake of water, to cope with cases with plural intake depths and intake places desired, to cope with fluctuation of intake quantity, enable backup when the pipelines are damaged, and to reduce cost. SOLUTION: In a tunnel construction process, a tunnel 25 is constructed in the ground 20 from an on-ground part 21 toward an underwater opening 25a opened in an underwater part at a specified depth. In a piping process, plural pipelines 10 are disposed in the tunnel 25. In a pipeline construction process, the plural pipelines 10 are extended from the underwater opening 25a to be placed in a water bottom part 33. In a water intake process, water is taken in from the water bottom part 33 through the ducts 10. These processes are included in this method.
