PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for connecting a circuit wiring board with a metallic chassis, which hardly causes solder cracks. SOLUTION: In a connecting mechanism, which is used for fixing and connecting a circuit wiring board 1 packed in a metallic chassis 2 formed a s a frame to the chassis 2, pawl sections 3, are provided on the chassis 2 by inwardly bending metallic pieces at bending positions which are inclined with respect to the board 1 and the board 1 is soldered to the chassis 2 by using the pawl sections 3.
