PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable cover for a float, which is brought into close contact with the float to cover it, has a favorable appearance, is highly heavy-duty, and is excellent in durability. SOLUTION: A heat-shrinkable cover for a float employs, as a base fabric, a heat-shrinkable cloth sheet formed by laminating a polyethylenic resin layer on one face of or both faces of a textile fabric in which flat yarn made of polyolefins is used for warps and/or wefts. A body 1 and both bottom faces 2 of a float 3 made of a synthetic resin foam are covered with the base fabric and, under heating, the base fabric is brought into close contact with the float 3 to cover it.
