PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply release only an attached cut form of a certificate of delivery or the like by providing a concealing cut form connected integrally with an address cut form and folded to conceal an inner surface, and predetermined number of attached cut forms formed separately from the concealing form and disposed on the concealing form. SOLUTION: The concealing postcard (hereinafter referred to as a 'sheet') 10A comprises an address cut form 11, a concealing cut form 12, attached cut forms (a certificate of delivery 13, a certificate duplicate of delivery 14) or the like. The sheet 10A is sent to a printer in the state that the sheet 10A is connected in a vertical direction, and necessary items are printed on an address column 11a, fill-in columns 11b, 12b or the like. On the sheet 10A, folding scheduled lines a1, a2, and a cutting scheduled line a3 are formed of sew lines. The sheet 10A is folded in a Z-like state and press bonded so that the column 11a and recipient display columns 13a, 14a are disposed at outside by a three-fold press bonding postcard machining apparatus or the like. Thereafter, the line a2 is cut off to separate a connecting portion to the certificate 13 and the form 12 of the duplicate 14.
