PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room unit capable of effectively utilizing a toilet space and also easily cleaning a floor panel. SOLUTION: This room unit is formed so that a room space 14 formed by erecting wall panels in parallel with each other is divided into two parts so as to provide two spaces 14a and 14b with different applications, a toilet space 14a where a stool 21 is provided is provided in one of these two spaces 14a and 14b, and a wall panel is provided with a ceiling panel 1a, a bottom wall panel 12 suspended from the ceiling panel 1a, and side wall panels 13a and 13b. Then, a cage mounting hook 7 to which a small part storage cage 73 is installed detachably is fixed to the bottom wall panel 12 or side wall panels 13a positioned in the toilet space 14a.
