PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constructing device and an execution method of a building suitable to use for a long building in a ridge direction wherein application of a temporary roof frame is enabled for a medium or small scale building. SOLUTION: This constructing device and execution method for a building is provided with a temperature roof frame 16 for covering partially in a ridge direction an upper part of a building 12 constructed, and for constructing the building 12 in every parts one by one by providing with a ceiling crane 14 for transporting members, and a running device 20 for moving crossly a temporary roof frame to a building part constructed newly in association with constructively finishing of the building part covered with the temporary roof frame 16.
