PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displaying device which prevents the theft of articles from an exhibiting case inserted to a display case and using the exhibiting case as a renting or sales case. SOLUTION: The displaying the device consists of a display case A and an exhibiting case B to be inserted from the insertion port 1 of the display case. The exhibiting case B consists of a box 3 and a cover opening/closing via a hinge, a slider 7 is inserted to the engaging groove 6 of the box and the cover in the state of being capable of freely inserting and pulling out, and the inserted slider 7 is prevented from being pulled out by an engaging means 9. By inserting an operation member 13, the engaging means is disengaged to recover the slider 7 to the side of a store.
