PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a can and to improve the load control and durability for the can by forming the can into a bottomed cylindrical shape, setting the radius of curvature of the bottom section larger than the radius of the can, and forming the lowermost section into a flat surface. SOLUTION: A can 3 has a bottomed cylindrical shape constituted of a flange section 31 connected to a valve main body by welding, a cylindrical section 32 continued to the flange section 31, and a bottom section 33 continued to the cylindrical section 32. The bottom section 33 is constituted of first, second and third curved surfaces 33a, 33b, 33c having multiple radii of curvatureρ1,ρ2,ρ3 and a flat surface 33d (lowermost section) continued to the third curved surface 33c. The second radius of curvatureρ2 is made larger than the radius R of the can 3. The second radius of curvatureρ2 is made about two times the radius R of the can 3 here. The flat surface 33d is made perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (Z axis) of the cylindrical section 32, thereby the can 3 can be miniaturized in height.
