PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve execution of work by screwing one end of a connection substrate material inserted into a through-hole of an existing outer wall to a substrate material, and fixing the other end to a lateral edge member for fixing a new wall material. SOLUTION: Upon execution of work, an outer member of a connection substrate D is inserted into a through-hole C formed in an existing ALC(autoclaved lightweight concrete) outer wall B at specified pitches along a substrate A, and a bottom thereof is fixed to the substrate A by a high tension bolt. After an inner member is screwed to the outer member of the substrate D, adjustment for non-land part is made, then a groove part of a lateral edge member E is fixed to an end of the inner member of the substrate D by a fixing means, and a vertical edge member E is fixed to the lateral edge member E at specified pitches by a connection fitting. Thereafter, a new wall F is mounted to a lip portion of the lateral edge member E by a fixing meansβ. Accordingly, it is possible to widely reduce manhours and period for execution of work since the existing ALC outer wall is not broken up, allow a person(s) in a building to live during the execution of work, easily perform the execution of work without need of fire for the application of welding or the like, improve heat insulation, sound insulation, fire resistance or the like, and ensure a sufficient mounting strength of the new wall.
